Johnson STEM Activity Center is a non-profit organization lead by Dr. Lonnie Johnson, the inventor of the Super Soaker. He has made a portion of his battery research facility, Johnson Research & Development, into a STEM gym. The space houses several FRC, FTC, and FLL teams. The facility also houses the DE Atlanta fields and many Georgia FIRST events throughout the year. Before we moved to Tapestry Public Charter School, the Johnson STEM Activity Center was kind enough to host us for six years.
